SensíQ® Pioneer

Pioneer introduces full automation in a high performance platform while maintaining the affordability that has become the hallmark of the SensíQ product line. Continuing to raise the standard in real-time, label-free biomolecular interaction analysis, SensíQ Pioneer brings superior versatility and ease of use in an affordable, high quality surface plasmon resonance system. Pioneer performs traditional characterization of biomolecular interactions including antibody selection and screening, drug discovery, ligand fishing, binding specificity and gene regulation at increasingly higher quality levels with the addition of full automation. SensíQ Pioneer is a three-channel, fully automated SPR system that builds upon the well established and proven subsystems of SensíQ. Pioneer utilizes the advantages of evolved surface attachment chemistries and state-of-the-art data analysis tools also demonstrated in SensíQ to provide kinetic, affinity and concentration data researchers can apply with a high degree of confidence. The Pioneer platform offers numerous injection and analysis modes, including the FastStep injection method for high-throughput and Taylor Dispersion Injections (TDi), both unique features of the SensíQ family of instruments.

SensíQ® Pioneer ST

Pioneer ST is ideal for the academic researcher, as it offers an affordable, automated SPR platform with truly outstanding sensitivity and flexibility. Researchers who have previously been dependent on core facilities and centralized labs for access to SPR technology, now have access to a state-of-the-art platform with which to perform complete binding interaction analyses in real-time and obtain high quality affinity and kinetic data. Pioneer ST is a three-channel, fully automated SPR system, with the same sensitivity as the SensíQ Pioneer, minus the FastStep injection and Taylor Dispersion Injection (TDi) features, and limited to two 96 well plates for automation. SensíQ Pioneer ST is the new value standard in biomolecular interaction analysis for academic researchers.
