Continuing to raise the standard in real-time, label-free biomolecular interaction analysis, SensíQ Pioneer brings superior versatility and ease of use in an affordable, high quality surface plasmon resonance system. Pioneer performs traditional characterization of biomolecular interactions including antibody selection and screening, drug discovery, ligand fishing, binding specificity and gene regulation at increasingly higher quality levels with the addition of full automation. Pioneer enables researchers who have previously been dependent on core facilities and centralized labs for access to SPR technology, to perform binding interactions in real time and obtain high quality affinity and kinetic data.
SensíQ Pioneer is a three-channel, fully automated SPR system that builds upon the well established and proven subsystems of SensíQ. Pioneer utilizes the advantages of evolved surface attachment chemistries and state-of-the-art data analysis tools also demonstrated in SensíQ to provide kinetic, affinity and concentration data researchers can apply with a high degree of confidence.
